Players can find it in a chest inside the Grand Mausoleum (X-260, Y-881) in Act 2.

Notes / Other Information

Amazing Cloak for an Eldritch Knight, or a Paladin. We used it on a Paladin all the way to the end game as a means of sustain while in melee combat. See the image below as evidence :>
