• You must first complete The Woodsman of Nevesk Side Quest before this Quest becomes available in the village of Menestad in the Fractured Peaks.

In-Game Description

Magdalena massacred several knights with the Woodsman’s Axe in Menestad. I must go after her and separate her from the axe.
