Trusted companions of Chasind mages in Ferelden, these staves are created from twisting branches wrapped around ice that cannot melt.

• +20% Charged attack damage
• +50% Charged attack damage vs. Armor
• Apply Frozen to enemies when this weapon breaks their Armor
• Charged attacks with this weapon are Critical vs. Frozen enemies
