To complete this achievement, you need to defeat a stalker on a Terminid planet in Helldivers 2, but also destroy hits hive after causing it to retreat into it. You can shoot the stalker until it retreats, then use a grenade or other explosive damage (such as from stratagems) to destroy the hive.
