Inside a chest with a medium-difficulty lock in the cave. Can be unlocked with a key held by a well-armoured bandit.

7 are inside a chest with a hard-to-pick lock; can be opened with the Apollonia skeleton’s key.

Inside a stash in the Thieves’ camp.

3 are inside a large sack near the thief’s bed.

A few can be found on the shelves in the merchant’s shop. Taking them is theft.
