Iron Leaves Tera Raid Type Effectiveness and Weakness¶
Our Pokémon Scarlet and Violet type match up chart
Iron Leaves Tera Typing for this event is Psychic with a standard dual typing of
Psychic and
Grass. Thanks to this encounter with Iron Leaves being a Tera Raid event, we only have to worry about it’s Tera Typing when it comes to weaknesses. This means we’re aiming for a
Ghost Type attacker without the
Psychic weaknesses. A
Steel dual typing would cancel out such weaknesses quite nicely, wouldn’t it?
The Best Iron Leaves Build¶
Gholdengo¶
Gholdengo is the perfect dual typing to match up against !Iron Leaves.
That’s right, we’re positioning the Gimmighoul evolution as the ideal Pokémon to prepare for a landslide of wins during the Iron Leaves Tera Raid event. Granted, trainers will need 999 Gimmighoul coins to evolve it, but these are easier to collect when just targeting Gimmighoul Chests.. The beautiful of collecting Gimmighoul coins this way is having a nice selection of Pokémon to check IVs before evolving. The better it’s stats are the better it will perform against Iron Leaves. Use NAsty Plot to increase Gholdengo’s special attack stat then follow up with Hex to take off nearly a third of Iron Leaves HP before it activates its shield. Then just rinse and repeat.
