Return to Gallopolis during Act III and head to Prince Faris’ Bedchamber to find him looking for some assistance. He wants you to track down a Pepper Tree Branch to help Pep up his Paladins. Fly Cetaceca to the First Forest Whale Way Station and search under the large tree to the south to find the golden Sparkly Spot.
